As with our Network Support, ProMission offers PC support through a series of tiered support levels which provide you with basic services you need but further enable you to pick additional services you would like. As with the Network Support Program you can increase or decrease the level of support based upon your business or personal needs.
ProMission PC Support Program will reduce the down time your company may experience due to failed workstations. This is possible due to our implementation of n-Able's monitoring solution and an Anti Virus solution. With these features in place we are able to monitor your workstations. If a PC is showing any errors, or a Virus has been found we can: contact you to inform you of the issue with an estimate for fixing it (ProMission Support) or begin diagnosing and resolving the issue (ProMission Support +).
