We perform some market analysis to understand more fully what you do. Now we are ready for our second stage.
In our experience we have found that client involvement is crucial! We therefore plan for weekly meetings with our clients to keep them up to date with the project process and keep a up channel of communication from which to gather the ongoing information / content needed from you our client.
A website, even a five page flier site does not happen over night. We look at every site we build as a project, and as such have deployed a project management system. We create a project complete with phases, tasks, resources and timelines and use this tool to stay on track and within budget. This tool is made available to you to follow progress and mark complete those tasks assigned to your company. We use the information from this project to prepare our proposal, we general create three proposals, and work with you to choose the one that best meets your needs.
Thanks to our dedicated project staff, we are able to complete most website developments on time, but it does not end there.
